California Litigation Counsel is the civil litigation practice of Think Legal, P.C., a California professional law corporation based in San Diego. We represent businesses, owners, and creditors in serious commercial disputes, contract claims, judgment enforcement, and litigation defense across California.

The brand exists for clarity. Our litigation practice operates under the California Litigation Counsel name; the legal entity behind it remains Think Legal, P.C., founded in 2017. Both names refer to the same firm.

Where we focus

Civil litigation matters where the stakes justify experienced counsel — commercial disputes, partnership and ownership conflicts, contract claims, judgment enforcement, and defense of pending litigation.

What we don’t take

Small-claims matters, consumer debt defense, personal injury, criminal defense, family law, and routine collections. We decline matters where the cost of doing the work properly outweighs the realistic recovery.
