Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: May 1, 2026.
California Litigation Counsel is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or assistive technology.
Conformance target
We design and build to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, Level AA. This includes:
- Color contrast of at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and user interface components
- Keyboard accessibility for every interactive element
- Visible focus indicators on every focusable element
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- Text alternatives for non-decorative images and icons
- Form fields with persistent visible labels and accessible error messaging
- Touch targets of at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels for mobile interaction
- Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionsystem preference
Testing approach
We test the site using a combination of:
- Automated accessibility testing through axe-core during development and on every change
- Manual keyboard-only navigation walkthroughs of primary conversion paths
- Screen reader spot checks using NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS / iOS
Automated testing alone cannot detect every accessibility barrier; manual testing supplements it.
Browser and assistive technology compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of:
- Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge on desktop
- Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android
- Major screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver
We do not test against deprecated browsers or unsupported assistive technology versions. If you encounter accessibility issues with a current configuration, please let us know.
Known limitations
We strive for full WCAG 2.2 AA conformance and will list specific known limitations here as they are identified through testing or reported by users. As of the date above, we are not aware of any known accessibility limitations on the site.
Alternate access
If any portion of the site is not accessible to you, we offer alternate ways to reach us. You can call our office during business hours, or send an email at any time. We will provide the same information through the most accessible available channel.
Reporting accessibility issues
If you encounter a barrier on this site, please email contact@thinklegalpc.com. Please include:
- The page URL where you encountered the issue
- A brief description of the barrier
- The browser and any assistive technology you were using
- How we can reach you to follow up, if helpful
We aim to respond within five business days. We treat accessibility issues as priority and address confirmed barriers as quickly as practical.
Ongoing review
We review and test the site for accessibility on an ongoing basis as we add or modify content and functionality. Substantive content changes — including new pages, new forms, and new interactive elements — go through accessibility review before publication.
