These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of californialitigationcounsel.com (the “Site”), operated by Think Legal, P.C., a California professional law corporation. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, any other accounts, or any computer systems or networks connected to the Site.

Not legal advice; no attorney-client relationship

The Site is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is, or should be relied on as, legal advice for any particular matter. Reading the Site, using its tools, submitting an inquiry, or contacting us by phone or email does not create an attorney-client relationship.

An attorney-client relationship with Think Legal, P.C. is formed only through a signed written engagement agreement. Until such an agreement is in place, do not transmit confidential or sensitive information through the Site or otherwise. Information transmitted before an engagement agreement is in place may not be protected by attorney-client privilege.

Intellectual property

The content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Think Legal, P.C. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The California Litigation Counsel name, the Think Legal, P.C. name, and any related logos or marks are trademarks of Think Legal, P.C.. Other product and company names appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think Legal, P.C.and its principals, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last reviewed” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
